Chambers Creek Foundation

Memorial or Honorary Donations

As this spectacular site offers more opportunities for the public to recreate and learn, the Chambers Creek Foundation invites individuals, corporations, foundations and civic organizations to contribute to the reclamation of Chambers Creek Properties. As the exclusive tax-exempt, charitable partner with Pierce County, the Foundation accepts donations in the following forms: cash, credit card, and appreciated stock.

With a contribution of $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000, donors have the opportunity to memorialize or honor those they love or think highly of.

With a $10,000 donation, the donor will have a bench placed along the trails throughout the Property, at any one of twenty pre-designated sites.

With a $5,000 donation, the donor will have a Garry Oak (also known as the white oak & specific to Pierce County and a threatened species) planted in the North Meadow. Garry Oak’s are big, rare and last forever.

With a $1,000 contribution, the donor will have an 8 - 10 foot tall shore pine or cedar tree planted in the North Meadow.

When you give a gift to Chambers Creek Foundation in honor of someone you care about, you help to create a legacy of creating a regional and national recreational destination that is pioneering practices and learnings in environmental reclamation, education and stewardship. Your gift will be acknowledged with a special card sent to the person you're honoring (or to their family) along with the knowledge that this gift will last for generations.

Each contribution will be recognized by a plaque bearing the name of the person or persons you choose to memorialize or honor. For more information on memorials or honoraries please call us at 253-209-6067, or email at chamberscreekfoundation@gmail.com
